All Lyleu jewellery is made to order to your size an chosen finish, once you have chosen and placed your order, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to change of mind. We do, however, offer resizing and any adjustments for an additional fee.

In the unlikely circumstance that your piece arrives to you in a faulty condition or you have questions about the condition of your piece, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the piece and we will discuss resolutions.
